  • WHAT THE SERVICE INCLUDES

    1. Request analysis and completion of the application form/questionnaire;
    2. Selection of an educational institution or language course (accredited schools or universities, considering teaching quality, cost, and location);
    3. Preparation of enrollment documents: Matrícula (official enrollment), seat reservation, and the study plan;
    4. Visa process support and document package preparation, including arranging priority appointments at the Consulate in Poland;
    5. Additional services (on request): accommodation search, empadronamiento (city hall registration), and bank account opening.

  • DOCUMENT PACKAGE FOR SUBMISSION

    To submit an application at the Consulate, you will need:
    1. International passport + national ID card (or internal passport);
    2. Application form;
    3. Letter of admission, seat reservation, and the study plan;
    4. Secondary school diploma;
    5. Proof of payment for tuition fees;
    6. Proof of financial means and accommodation;
    7. Health insurance;
    8. Photograph
    9. Certificate of no criminal record
    10. *The Consulate may request additional documents;
