OUR HISTORY
From the Past to the Present
Beginning
The idea behind establishing Ukrainian Consulting Business Integration (UCBI) emerged as a logical realization of the intention to create a business community for Ukrainians and Ukrainian entrepreneurs in Spain.
Long before the full-scale war in Ukraine, many of our fellow citizens had already arrived in or relocated to Spain. There was a clear intention to bring together a community where Ukrainian citizens and entrepreneurs could share their integration experiences and receive informational support on the issues that concerned them most, particularly taxation and migration matters.
2022
Throughout 2022, in response to the growing need for Ukrainian-language professional support and tailored services for Ukrainians and representatives of Ukrainian businesses in Spain, the idea of establishing a consulting agency emerged.
This idea was brought to life on 22 November 2022, when UCBI was officially registered in the Commercial Registry (Registro Mercantil).
At that time, the large-scale migration wave caused by the war became yet another confirmation of the urgent need to provide support to our fellow citizens as they adapted to new life circumstances.
2023
Thanks to accumulated experience and strategic partnerships, in 2023 the company strengthened its market position and expanded its range of services, while simultaneously creating new platforms for cooperation and developing its own approaches to corporate social responsibility.
In December, UCBI opened a Service Office in Ukraine, engaging top-tier professionals with the highest level of expertise to ensure the successful implementation of its projects. This step significantly enhanced the company’s capacity to deliver high-quality services to Ukrainians, regardless of borders or existing limitations.
2024
In 2024, UCBI actively explored new ideas and solutions, refined its internal policies and interaction protocols, and developed concepts aimed at enhancing and scaling a positive client experience.
During the same year, the company also expanded the geographical reach of its partnership ecosystem, building strong relationships and international collaborations with consulting firms from the United States, France, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Moldova, and Israel.
2025
Експертність команди UCBI значно посилилась у 2025 році з приходом до компанії двох партнерів: Анатолія Мицкана та Тетяни Лисенко. Напрями підтримки іспанського бухгалтерського супроводу, а також напрям податкової практики компанії зміцнили експертизу та дозволили розширити перелік послуг.
Цьогоріч рішення від UCBI стали ще надійнішими. Компанія Occident стала офіційним страхувальником юридичних ризиків для UCBI, що гарантує додатковий захист клієнтам компанії.
Наразі UCBI продовжує розбудову екосистеми партнерства, розширює перелік послуг та зміцнює якість їх надання.
